Enquiries

The form sends your name, email, optional phone and location, enquiry type and message to chris@floor-planner.co.uk. These details are used to respond to you and handle the requested service. They are not added to a marketing list by this form. Contact us at that email to ask about your information or request deletion, subject to records we need to retain.

Floor-plan files and accounts

Uploaded plans remain in the browser tab unless you choose online saving. Online saving stores your account and project information so you can reopen your plans. Downloaded editable copies are stored wherever you choose on your device. Keep your login and recovery key private.

Spam protection and external content

The contact page uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated requests. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network information for this purpose. The Matterport page embeds an external tour, connecting your browser to Matterport. These providers handle information under their own privacy policies.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-FVEQ62D3B9) to understand visits and use of this website. The Google tag loads when you open a page, without an on-site opt-in prompt. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes information about visits, page interactions and technical browser and device details.

Technical records

The host may record requests and errors for operation and security. The contact handler keeps short-lived, hashed network identifiers and request times for rate limiting; it does not store message bodies in that file.
